Extremely professional and thorough.
Our CSR was very helpful and listened to our wishes of which she made a couple of recommendations that were very helpful.

Luggage transfer was faultless.
All accommodation was excellent.
The navigation app was excellent ( except for the route from the track into Llangollen)
