Easy
Very easy to set up policy. Initially wouldn't let me upload a photo of my phone. I sent the photo by online chat and a few hours later I was covered.

Gadget insurance dealt with quickly and efficiently, in spite of the fact I had no idea how to find the phone's imea number..they explained clearly how to find it. Good bit of patience there!

Found the link I used a bit clunky. Had it worked better I would have rated experience as 5. Apart from that happy with overall experience.
