Straightforward and fast online booking.
Online booking was straightforward. I especially liked the option to pay by Paypal. I opted to have tickets posted to me and they arrived two days later.

Great value tickets, delivery could have gone smoother
Got charged postage for an all e-ticket event and had to ring them a few days before to chase. The hadn't sent an email out. But, they were very good about sorting it so I've no real complaints,...

I needed to change the date of one of the plays I had booked. London Theatre eventually did this after an email and three phone calls but the process could have been smoother and simpler.
