I am sorry that you have had issues upon move in. I understand you have since had a conversation with Jacqui and as mentioned the property was cleaned when we carried out the inventory. I am sorry it wasn't up to the standard you expect, I understand you are now dealing with Jacqui directly to resolve any other issues.

They forgot to refund me a tenancy fee that the previous tenant had to pay due to leaving early. However it was sorted immediately when I called to point it out. It was about £220.
