Great properties under their belt, however unorganised and difficult

Difficult to deal with, unsure if this was due to the pandemic or not as they were still all in office but they were unorganised and didn’t communicate well with one another.

Inconsistent levels of training and service across teams and employees

They should have managed their CRM system in a much better way. We were both a tenant and purchaser with them. Either way as a customer the experience was not consistent and good.
