sorry to hear that. We recommend to introduce our food gradually, which means mixing it with your cat's usual food and then increase the proportion on a daily basis. Have you tried that? Best, Lily's Kitchen

excellent service but my dog refused to eat the food. Cannot get my dog to eat any of the lily's food. Or the snacks . We tried softening it and persevered for weeks. He eat the Venison once but...
