Fantastic customer service from Jack in the bookings team.
I spoke with Jack who was extremely helpful in explaining all the options available to us during our stay. Really positive experience.

Booking was pretty straight forward, the only thing I missed was being able to change the park date to suit I had to call to then be told do this so then ended the call snd had to do it all again.

It was not possible to look at pricing across different dates and hotels, needing a new search time.
