Hi Matt, thank you for your review. We're very sorry to hear about your recent experience. Receiving the wrong item is frustrating, and we completely understand your disappointment. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. When you reported to us that you had received the wrong item, we arranged a collection for the following day. Company policy is that we cannot refund an item until we have received it back, I believe your review was submitted before we received the returned item. Once it was received (26/08/25) your refund was processed in full immediately. If you would like to discuss this matter further please do not hesitate to contact us.
