We are passionate about supporting our house sitting community and I'm sorry that you feel that we don't have some features on our platform that you would find of use. We do advise all our homeowners to deactivate their ad (so it is removed from our website) once they have received enough applications for their house sit. We also have some quick reply templates available for owners to update sitters about the status of their application to help make it as easy as possible for them to keep in contact. I'm sorry that you have found some owners find this more difficult than we would like and we will continue to review our processes and the features available to ensure using our platform is a positive experience for all our members.
