Thank you for leaving your comments on the service received. We would like to note that your order was delivered 7 days after you purchased, 3 hours after you left this review, and was not 67 days after. In the correspondance you were notified that it would be delivered before the middle of this week, which we have fulfilled. We wholeheartedly apologise for the unfortunate courier situation.

My error it should have been 6 to 7 days. However since then trying to return the tent to you has been horrendous. The tent and groundsheet that were collected on Monday to be returned to you have been redelivered back to me yesterday!!!!! The courier would not take them back again and simply left them in the spot they were collected from but this time the boxes are damaged!!!!! If anyone on your customer service line answered or returned my calls from the messages left we could probably have this conversation out of the public domain.
