Enjoyable course, some interesting tips to bring to my job. The trainer was nice and engaging. Good book to take away with details from the course.

A good presentation on the aspects of dealing with all customer/patient contacts. Some really helpful ways to be effective in helping our patients. It was pitched at the right level with some humour...
