We did dispatch your order the day that you purchased it, however it looks like there has been an issue with the courier in getting this to you. item was fine postage excessive, paid for next day to receive saturday, didnt recieve untill tuesday

Hi Paul, Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback for your purchase, and we're glad to hear you're happy with the item. We apologise for the slight delay to your delivery - we sent an email to you on the day it was ordered explaining that as we had received far more orders for the item in question than we had anticipated, there would be a slight delay on your delivery. As you had paid for next working day, rather than Saturday delivery, you would have received the item on Monday, but with the slight delay that we had notified you of we did manage to get it there only 1 day later. We're sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we appreciate your patience while we got the goods out to you.
