The flooring is very hard wearing and the man who laid it said that the flooring was extremely easy to cut to shape and put down.

I ordered 3 samples, they sent only two and one was wrong.

They should pay more attention in sending free samples, this is the first impression for customers.

Samples received promptly. An order was been placed but unfortunately has been delayed. Now expected in late December with fitting in the New Year. Hence 4 stars and not 5.

Sample delivery too slow, chose something else in the meantime

If I’m honest, the samples took too long to come in the post and by the time they arrived we’d already chosen something else.
