Cannot deliver samples in 48 hours near disaster for customer

Order process on line was brilliant. Delivery within 48 hours didn't happen. It took 6 days for the samples to arrive by which time I was really close to losing my slot of getting a fitter before...

Hi Ness. Thanks for taking the time to review. Unfortunately we can’t offer 48 hour guaranteed delivery. We are sending hundreds of samples a day, most of them free of charge, and 99% of them reach our customers within 24-48 hours. We always strive to offer the best possible service, therefore again really sorry for all the inconvenience caused.

For the 1% that don't get there on time then, if the customer rings up and has a tight deadline it may be worth Karndean considering couriering them in order to satisfy the customer.

I could not get two full size samples for residential property into the basket at once, so I had to pay two postage costs. Expensive.
