Not a great start

Placed an order for samples and chose click and collect. No email to confirm when items had arrived at click and collect location. Eventually I popped into location and they said that Karndean hadn't...

Great service for free samples, resolved query regarding paid-for sample

Ordered some free samples which arrived fine, however ordered and paid for a full size piece to a store which hasn't yet arrived. This is holding up us being able to make carpet choices.
