In every ticket orders, we exercise a “Verification Process” in order to be able to validate the authenticity of the ticket orders by calling the cardholder over the phone to make sure all the travel information is correct in order to avoid any problem later before we send the confirmation e-ticket. Also, we would like to inform you that all the ticket rules are under the control of Airlines and whenever if you want to make any changes to the existing booking after 24hrs the airline Penalty will always be applied so according to the fare rules of your ticket our agent provided you the same information. We also need our customers to understand what it means to comply with the airline rules and restrictions as an online travel agency, we cannot go beyond the Airline restrictions and we will always assist the customer's appropriately abiding by the rules and restrictions keeping in mind that every customer's concern is important.
