The service received was excellent, unfortunately the treatment received was totally unsuccessful. I now no longer have access to the medical insurance so cannot follow up

Thank you for your feedback on our service. We are sorry to hear that the particular procedure you had has not been successful for you. This particular treatment is highly successful and used by many to delay more invasive surgery for a period of time or where surgery cant be performed due to health conditions. Dear Matthew thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the particular non surgical procedure you chose has not been successful for you. The non operative procedure is used by many individuals to try to delay major surgery and delivers relief for many. The results vary by individuals, based on the level of degeneration of the knee.
