Insightful advice and help when booking. However it was difficult to get hold of them on the phone and the booking confirmation paperwork was not clear which caused unnecessary calls to clarify.

The plane travel details, the information relating to safe travel registration and the car hire were all very comprehensive and well managed and phone support staff were very helpful
