Very easy to book and pay through the iTrip website. Because we were booking over a year in advance we needed to deal with the office as well and the representative was very pleasant and helpful.

Easy bookings and response time was excellent. Only thing I didn't know that I had to pay extra booking fee for I trip when I thought I was going through Homeaway. That is on me.

Not happy that our 2019 Jan/Feb rental was cancelled in June. Now the only properties left are not as nice and more expensive. We also have airline and car reservations so our options are limited.
