Great Customer Service and Easy Online Booking

It was very easy to book online. I had received quotes from Liz for the Island Inn in Treasure Island. It was easy to book from there. Liz was very responsive to my questions.

I booked and paid then later found the property was unavailable and has to jump through several hoops so far trying to get my money back so I can find another place to stay before my trip.
