Hi Steven.

Thanks for taking the time to let us know about the issues you experienced with your delivery.

Your feedback is very valuable to us and as a result, we have taken steps to fix this problem so that it doesn't happen again with any future deliveries to yourself or other customers.

I believe my colleague Ben has been in touch via email and has resolved the issue to your satisfaction. Please do let us know if you need anything further.

We value your business and would like to reassure you that this is not our normal practice. We hope the resolution goes some way into restoring your faith in us and that you will consider us again in the future.

Good morning,

Thank you for your review of us here at Invopak regarding our service, I have passed on your comments to our Customer Service Improvement Manager who was really happy to see your satisfaction so far.

I've had a look onto your account with us and can see you have been a customer of ours for almost 10 years so receiving such feedback over such a long period is extremely humbling for us all.

Being reliable is part of our world class customer experience - we keep our promises, deliver on what we say and take action. Each of our departments from sale to delivery strive to meet your needs each and every time.

I'd like you to share your thoughts regarding what would take us to that next level, that golden 5 star rating...?

Really look forward to your insight on this, thank you for taking your time out to leave Invopak a review.
