records are very helpfull
Records helped me relax specially on the last days before planned birth date and after. Those days are super difficult. Waiting for birth is so long, so I recommend it to all.

Really bad be careful
I didn't realise that I could buy a download for my iphone. Apparently what I had bought was a CD which never arrived

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry you felt our service was not good.  We have a telephone number on each page of our site 01252 716859 and an email address 'orders@natalhypnotherapy.co.uk' to provide support to customers.  Please feel free to use them if you need help.

You actually ordered a download, not a CD.   You ordered on Sun 07/01/2018 21:31 and we sent you the links by email on Mon 08/01/2018 09:39.    I suspect you may find these in your spam folder, or similar depending on your settings.

I hope therefore given the above you might reconsider your feedback ratings.
