Nicely packed, and very good presentation voucher.
Took a few extra days to arrive but I guess that was because of Royal Mail strikes.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately, orders that were/are placed using the Royal Mail first class option are all currently experiencing much longer than usual delays with Royal Mail’s distribution and delivery services due to their ongoing strikes. Please check with your local Royal Mail sorting/delivery office as they are advising us that First Class deliveries are taking on occasion more than 10 working days to get through. Whilst awaiting it's delivery, you can access the evoucher that would have been delivered to your e-mail (this may have been delivered to your junk/spam folder) Kind Regards, Tammy.
