Didn't use them as the premium on line was cheaper than over the phone. Found cover much cheaper elsewhere.

I apologise for previous review, but I got confused as I was booking a number of holiday insurances at the time. I have taken out insurance with InsuraTrip and am very pleased with their rapid response.
