Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It is reassuring to learn that you had no concerns about the tour and that you found the schedule busy without being hectic. Your observation regarding the balance between nature and shopping is well noted. We appreciate that, having anticipated a journey along country roads, you would have preferred free time to be spent in more tranquil, natural settings rather than in busy commercial areas. We will share your comments with our Product Development Department, so that the demand for itineraries with a stronger emphasis on the outdoors may be considered in future planning. We are grateful for your suggestion and hope that we may have the opportunity to welcome you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for sharing such positive feedback on your tour of Portugal and Spain. It is encouraging to learn that the itinerary offered a well-balanced combination of the principal highlights, historical and cultural experiences, and memorable food tastings. We are pleased that your Travel Director's clear communication and informative commentary enriched your understanding of each destination, and that your Coach Driver proved so helpful. We will gladly pass on your commendation to both of them. Your remarks about the comfort of the coach and the suitability of the pace for more mature travellers are also very much appreciated. We hope that we may have the privilege of welcoming you on another journey in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we are sorry that the standard of accommodation did not match the quality of the destinations you visited. Your comments regarding the hotels are noted. Cold showers, or a lack of shower facilities altogether, fall well short of what our guests should reasonably expect. We also appreciate your observation about the disparity in room allocation between travellers. Guests quite rightly expect a consistent and equitable standard throughout the journey, and we will share your comments with our Operations Department so that the allocation process can be examined. We are pleased that the destinations themselves made a positive impression, and we hope that we may have the opportunity to offer you a more consistent experience in the future.

Thank you for sharing such warm feedback on your cruise along the Croatian coastline. It is encouraging to learn that the experience was seamless from beginning to end, and that you found your cabin comfortable and conducive to a restful night's sleep. We are pleased that the quality of the meals and the attentiveness of the on-the-road team contributed so positively to your voyage, and we will pass on your comments to them. Your remarks about our Travel Directors' knowledge are equally appreciated. We are grateful for your continued loyalty over several journeys and your willingness to recommend us. We hope that we may have the privilege of welcoming you on board again in the future.

Thank you for providing such a thorough account of your experience, and we are sorry that the tour did not match the expectations set by our itinerary. We appreciate that you invested considerable time in planning, including contacting us well in advance, and that your concerns were not adequately addressed. Your comments regarding the accommodation in Rome are noted, as is the repeated feedback you observed from previous guests. We will raise this directly with our Operations Department so that the suitability of the property, including its temperature control, may be formally reviewed. We also recognise the frustration caused by the change of hotels in Venice. Spending time travelling to and from the city, rather than being able to explore it independently in the evenings, is clearly at odds with the experience you had anticipated. It is regrettable that no explanation was provided at the time or since, and that your attempts to reach us after your return went unanswered. This is not the standard of communication we expect, and we will ensure that your feedback on this point is escalated. We are pleased that your Travel Director's knowledge and helpfulness were evident, and we will share your comments with him, together with your observation that he lacked clear guidance from our offices. We understand that your confidence in us has been affected, and we are grateful for the opportunity to learn from your experience.

Thank you for sharing such warm feedback on your autumn foliage journey along the East Coast. It is encouraging to learn that the itinerary was well organised and allowed you to spend meaningful time in each destination. We are particularly pleased that your Travel Director and Coach Driver contributed so positively to your experience, and we will be sure to pass on your commendation to both of them. Their dedication is central to the quality of our journeys. We appreciate your kind words and hope that we may have the privilege of welcoming you on another tour in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the Eastern Canada and Eastern USA tour. We are sorry that the experience did not justify the investment you made, and we recognise how disappointing that is at this price level. Your account of the breakfast arrangements in Washington, DC, is concerning. Relocating the group to a separate room, with service that appeared unprepared, falls short of the standard we aim to provide. We will raise this directly with our Operations Department. We also note your comments on the quality of the included lunches and dinners, and we will review these with our Product Development Department. Regarding the coach driver, we appreciate you describing the difficulty with navigation. It is regrettable that your Travel Director was drawn into assisting with directions, as this should not detract from her primary role of looking after guests. We are pleased that her efforts were so evident, and we will share your commendation with her. Your comparison with other operators is noted, and we take it seriously. We hope that we may have the opportunity to regain your confidence in the future.
