Thanks for taking your valuable time in providing us with your feedback. It really helps us get better at what we do, so we really appreciate it. I understand you had an ATM card issue while you were here and needed our assistance with money. We would have been more than happy to help you but Janice wasn’t available the evening you had messaged her as she was on a leave (however, I do believe that she replied within a couple of hours). If you could have only tried the other nos. mentioned on your booking vouchers, I am sure someone from our team would’ve assisted you with arranging the money for you.
