Qui peut laisser un avis sur Feefo?

Thank you for your feedback Ana. Apologies for the misunderstanding regarding the manual. However, the product descriptions on our website clearly state what is included with each package, and it doesn’t say anywhere on our website or in our sales material that our PRINCE2 Foundation e-learning product comes with the manual.

Not all of our customers wish to buy the manual, and so rather than bundling it in as a ‘must buy’, it is available as an optional extra.

Whilst we do appreciate your disappointment at not being able to buy during the sale, like all retail organisations, we do run promotions from time to time. And so depending on when a customer is looking to buy, it does mean that some people will miss out. However, I can also see from our system that you did receive a 10% discount on your purchase, and so got more than $200 off the RRP.
