We’re very sorry that the course you had booked onto was cancelled, but unfortunately there are occasions where we have to cancel courses if we don’t have the required number of delegates. This is the case for all training companies that run a public schedule of events, but it’s always something we do as a last possible resort. Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you’re happy with the service you received from Stephanie, but we’re sorry that you didn’t have a great experience on the course. It’s unfortunate when there’s a disruptive student in the class, and apologies that this was not dealt with effectively at the time. Our course content and materials undergo a strict accreditation process with the AXELOS, the PRINCE2 accrediting body, and with Peoplecert, the examining institute, so we can be certain that the content fully prepares candidates for passing the exams. And we also follow their guidance on the length of the course, which is the recommended 5 days for the combined Foundation and Practitioner. The exam pricing is set by Peoplecert, and so we’re unable to include a free Practitioner res-sit with our training courses.However, I believe Stephanie has already been back in touch with you to offer free access to our PRINCE2 F&P e-learning course for six months, which you have taken her up on.
