Terrible - not using again

Slides take 5-7 seconds to load had an awful experience with the procter - my PC still has altered settings from when they rmeoted in changed things. Will not go with ILX again - very disappointing...

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the exam proctor. The Change Management exam is taken with APMG, the accrediting body and examining institute for this qualification, and so is separate from ILX. However, I understand from our customer service team that they spoke to APMG on your behalf the next day, and obtained your exam pass mark, which was not available to you at the time, due to being disconnected. The exams are taken with a third party Peoplecert, and the confirmation email you received following your purchase provided information on how to book your exam when you are ready.
