Thanks for your feedback, and apologies that you had issues accessing your PRINCE2 exam. After speaking with our customer service team, I understand that it was Peoplecert you got in touch with, and they have now resolved the issue and re-sent a new exam code, enabling you to book your exam. Peoplecert are the sole examining institute for the PRINCE2 accreditation, and therefore all exams must be sat with them.
