Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you had this experience when booking your exam. The exams are run by Peoplecert, the sole examination institute for AXELOS (the PRINCE2 accrediting body), and wait times are longer than usual at the moment, as the majority of people now need to take an online exam. And while we do leave time for people to take the PRINCE2 Foundation at the end of the Foundation course on a Wednesday afternoon, we’ve found that the majority of delegates prefer to do it at a later date to give themselves more time to revise. Information explaining how to book your exam is sent out two weeks before the course starts, so you have time to book the exam on the Wednesday afternoon if you wanted to. We also offer both options for taking the PRINCE2 course – you can do both the Foundation and Practitioner in one week, or you can split it up and book the two courses separately, on two different weeks. The invigilators do have to be incredibly strict with the room and system setup for the exams, and all the information relating this is on our website (https://www.ilxgroup.com/uk/individual/online-exams), as well as the Peoplecert website. Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that you felt that the course was too long. We have to ensure that with each course, we cover the entire syllabus, so that it fully prepares candidates for passing the exams. The duration of each course is stated quite clearly on our website, at the top of each product page. So for example, at the top of the PRINCE2 blended course that you purchased, it says the e-learning will take 12 hours and then this is followed by a 2-day workshop. Further down the page in the course description, it does make it clear that it’s an intense two-day workshop, as there is a lot of content to fit in. Kind regards, Emily
