Thanks for your feedback. I can see from our system that you purchased an e-learning course in April this year, which you have access to for 12 months. I can also see that the email with login details was sent out on the same day that you purchased. The manual will take a few days to arrive, as the physical copy needs to be shipped, but you still have the rest of the 12-month licence term to complete the course and take your exam. Our course content and materials undergo a strict accreditation process with Peoplecert, the sole examination institute for AXELOS (the PRINCE2 accrediting body), so we can be certain of the high quality of the e-learning product, and that it fully prepares candidates for passing the exams. We also have interactive games included on our e-learning platform, so you can test your knowledge as you go, as well as the exam simulator. I have spoken to our customer service team and I can see someone has already been in touch to resolve the issues around the exam for you. Aside from the recent emails between you and our team in the last few days, I can’t see any other emails from you in the system regarding the regarding the issues that you had. As you’re already in touch with Debra from our customer service team, can you please let her know what email address you were using, so we can ensure that the mailbox is functioning correctly? I have also passed on your feedback on the MSP exam simulator to our product development team so that they can take a look into it, but this is not something that has been raised by any other learners.
