I'm sorry to hear you had this experience. Having spoken to our customer service team, I now understand that your e-learning course was purchased for you by your company, and they only purchased the Practitioner course as you already had the Foundation certificate. Possibly a live virtual training course with a tutor would have been a better option for you. I can also see that you only completed 10 of the 17 chapters of this course, and we always recommend delegates to complete the course, and to make sure they can achieve the pass mark on the exam simulator, before booking their exam. The exam is set by the accrediting body, Peoplecert. And it is Peoplecert who accredit our training courses, so we can be certain the content fully prepares candidates for passing the exam.

Please be aware though that our course content undergoes a strict accreditation process with Peoplecert, the PRINCE2 accrediting body and examination institute, so we can be certain that the content fully prepares candidates for passing the exams.

I’ve spoken to our customer support team, and have been told we did provide you with a lot of extra support, including giving you free access to our e-learning when you needed to re-sit the PRINCE2 Foundation exam, and assisting with technical issues over the weekend. If customers enquire about the cost of re-sitting an exam when booking their course, then we do provide this information.
