Awful! After 2 weeks I have still not received my goods. Lack of communication, I have needed to get in touch twice with them now and still no goods as yet. No tracking number to be able to track go...

Hi there,

As discussed on email, I am sorry that your order did not arrive within the expected time frame. Once we were made aware of this we followed this up with you to ensure your order got delivered. Unfortunately this order was part delivered by DHL which caused further frustration for both us and yourself - as this is not the standard we expect you to recieve. I understand you now have your order and we hope you enjoy the results of our products and can review them in due course.
