I am sorry to hear that that what you ordered and what you received wasn’t what you expected. On receipt of your feedback, we checked on our stores and warehouse computer to see what it was showing on their computer and they said they could see a coffee colour as there was a sage green on the page to compare. When you ordered, do you recall seeing the sage green option to compare as it’s currently online to purchase. Has the set been opened? If it hasn’t we would be happy to swap it over for the sage if you would prefer. We are a family owned business and have grown over the years through word of mouth given our good quality goods and customer service. Never feel that you couldn’t contact us as we would have assisted you at the time with your purchase. In future you can always call us to clarify a colour as we understand that shopping online is a different experience than to walking into a store.

They are good towels. Only negative is I wanted a pair and I thought they came as a pair but in fact you need to buy two. And I didn't see anywhere saying they are sold individually.

I understand you were looking to buy products for commercial use in your hotel. We source bed and bathroom linens and bedding (like the 5 star hotel range that you also bought) that are high quality and great for everyday use in your home, and the do undergo a lot of colour fast testing etc before each range is ready to be sold (we are provided with the test results that come with each shipment so that we know in case a customer asks). I think that you made a good choice opting to buy Actil's commercial hotel range that is sold to hotels for specific use and designed to withstand being washed daily. The hotel quality range we sell is made from Egyptian Cotton which is softer and is ideal for every day use in the home.
We do have quite a few very positive reviews for the range that you bought and repeat customer purchases but I assume this is for customers who are using them in their home and probably not in the accommodation industry.
All feedback is helpful to us and I am really glad you took the time to let us know what you thought.
