The booking was good but I had to ring HolidayGems 3 times to find out when I would receive the details by e-mail. I was not given a reference number and I found out my Surname had been spelt wrong....

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, our website is not live and is fed by our suppliers via an xml feed which may not always be up to date. This is clearly advised on the site and in the terms and conditions. The rate of £176.90 is correct and is £44.23 per night including a single supplement. Unfortunately, we have to charge the live costs of the supplier and this is an issue over which we have no control. We trust that your holiday may now progress without further issue.
