How unfortunate to receive such negative feedback. We would however, advise, that Kevin was a rep in Spain for many years and has vast knowledge and experience of the area. We do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. We note that the refund was made on 18 February 2014.

You say you refunded me on 18th my bank has assured me no payments have been made, I got a phone call saying it was refunded to a MasterCard , however I do not have a master card, no one is calling me back to help me with my refund and the calls are 10p a min and you all say you are professional ??? What is professional about having this conversation online
