Efficient, relevant communication, item arrived fast and shop pickup was quick and friendly. No bunch of delivery emails, just the essence, simple and sweet.

Shopping experience good but dress is a lot longer than pictured and I am not short. I am now paying £45 to have it shortened to wear for my Civil Partnership in two weeks time!

Not very speedy delivery but it wasn’t a problem to me on this occasion. Helpful in store staff (I did click and collect) in York as always
