Great service
This is the second car I have had from Hippo.
Lianna looked after me from start to finish and kept me informed at all times
Its a great way to own a car without the expensive deposit !

It took almost a calendar month to be able to collect the van, which i was told was only 25 miles from them. I had to chase them up for updates, which were non existent, big lack of communications on...

I can only apologise for your experience. We do aim to get vehicles on site and prepared in a matter of days and thankfully this is a small number of cases that don't always fall into this.
