Our returns instruction's can be located on the back of the invoice and see below : To return by Royal Mail, please parcel the item(s) up and address them to PO Box 98, Driffield, YO25 9WX. Please ensure a note is enclosed with your full name and address and the action you would like us to take. The cost of the return would depend on the weight of the parcel so there is no need to return any free gifts or catalogues. To return by EVRI, on their website, follow the instructions for returns. Prices start from 3.99, the returns postcode is YO25 9WX and select Kingstown Associates.
