We have used Hayes and Jarvis 3 or 4 times now to book our holidays to Thailand :D We have always had a flawless experience with the people we dealt with on the phone and the holidays we have booked....

Helpful without pushing
After a lot of correspondence regarding our cancelled booking I was able to start communicating with Chris .... he made it an easy experience, kept in contact but didn’t push me .. just what I needed...
