Many thanks for taking the time to offer feedback, however I feel that your one star rating is rather unjustified, we received your order on the 18th, we collected it from our warehouse, delivered it to the printer to have your bespoke motif added to the cover, we have collected & packed it to be leaving today the 25th for delivery to you in Sweden. This is 6 working days for a bespoke service, being a family business and not the size of Amazon I am not quite sure how much faster you expected the delivery to take.

Your cover is leaving today for delivery to you in Sweden having had the bespoke logo applied.
The items that I purchased were exactly as described, the price was competitive with other on-line suppliers and the delivery service was excellent. Would I recommend this company, yes I would.
