Hi, I believe you spoke to one of my colleagues this afternoon and she has given you the tracking number for your order. As you are an international customer (as detailed on the listing of the Eden perfume) we have to get the perfume sent to us at GB HQ and then we can send it on to you. This is the only way we can send perfumes internationally which does add a bit of a delay. I have checked the tracking and it should be with you tomorrow. Please let us know if it doesn't turn up. I am so sorry that your order was lost in the post, we send everything via Royal Mail as we feel this is the most reliable service but unfortunately lost parcels do occasionally happen which we are always here to rectify as soon as possible. As discussed via email it was dispatched on the first working day after it was placed. We have offered to resend the order or refund the whole order (including postage) but I am still unsure as to why you feel you need the postage cost to be refunded if we are resending as we would need to pay to have it resent. We do offer free postage for all orders over £35 but as your order was for one candle it didn’t qualify for this. As you don’t want the order resent we have refunded both the item and the postage and we did this within ten minutes of receiving your request. I am also very sorry that you feel that the customer service you have received was terrible, we responded to every email you sent within 15 minutes and tried to find a way to rectify the situation to make you happy but sadly resending your order and refunding the postage was just not an option we can offer.
