I am sorry to hear that this product wasn't the colour you expected and that it appeared duller in person. It is described as having an antiqued finish, but the images should reflect this so I will gladly pass your feedback on to our web team so that they can investigate further. I am glad that you still wanted to keep hold of the light, but please accept my apologies for any disappointment caused.

I am sorry to hear that this item was not as you expected and that the print was faded. If you ever receive an item from us that you are not happy with, we would ask that you contact us so that we can assist you in arranging for it to be returned for a refund. Beautiful lamp. Parcel force delivery is terrible

The lamp is lovely, although the first arrived broken. Graham & Green customer service was quick to respond and send out a new one. However Parcel force delivery was absolutely awful. When trying to...

This certainly isn't the level of service we would expect for our customers so we will be investigating this with our Parcelforce liaison. We have contacts who can assist us with arranging redeliveries so this will hopefully save you a lot of time on the phone.
