Thank you for helping me secure a reasonable fare
I was very happy with Grace's assistant but I was annoyed that a glitch in the system allowed me to book a fare to the payment page which no longer existed.

Great website to book, don’t appreciate pestering calls
Don’t appreciate being called whilst in work to ask about completing a survey. I had already received the email before the call so this should suffice.
