Efficient & prompt

A reminder to renew was sent in adequate time then after completion everything was in place - an e confirmation sent on the renewal day ALL without a single spoken word or phone call

Very poor claim settling

Claim experience very trying keep providing requested info and a week later they just ask for more, now ongoing for 6 weeks and no resolution
