Geering & Colyer Estate Agents Évaluations

Following a shameful lack of response to several emails and voicemail messages on the phone both to personal mobile and the office phone number at Geering and Colyer, Dover, over the last 2-4 weeks, my sister and I are taking our property off the market. We would have liked to have had a brief discussion with one of the sales team to consider our options moving forwards, but we cannot get a response from anyone. We have not missed any messages or calls according to our phone logs and email accounts. 12 days ago we were emphatically promised a phone call the following afternoon with feedback following a viewing of our house 4 days previously. Despite several emails and phone calls, we have heard nothing. Initially, especially in the signing up phase, they were very good and quickly responsive. We understand the market difficulties at present so we are not complaining about the lack of verified buyer viewings. We are just commenting on the poor communication from the sales team and hope that sellers can use this to help them make an informed decision when choosing an Estate Agent to buy or sell their property. We will not be using Geering and Colyer in the future. Guys you are lovely to speak to in person but like ghosts via email and phone.

I forgot to change the rating from 5 star to 2 star. Communication is key. No excuse for not returning emails and phone calls.
