Painless experience
Ordered 2 pairs of mtb shoes into local bike shop...two to try; one to buy and completed purchase with them. No problems and would use freewheel again if saves running around lots of different shops...

Delivery fine, but slow refunds for returns
Refunds on returns were very slow and required prompting from me to achieve completion.
