Let us know what is going on and keep us informed on a regular basis. We should not have to always ask you what is happening! Better communication. Be more pro - active. Attention to detail...

Didn't follow through and keep pressure on to achieve completion
A good start to the sales process, but did not follow through very well to keep things going. Buyer and seller had to do all the work to get the sale finalised and completed. Not very impressed.

very poor service with no real explanations. appointment not kept
Support not there. Completion and a sale not materialized. Told that non checking and points for me to action not carried through because I was abroad! Only interest was to get me to sign contract...

Very poor service
I was disappointed with the overall service, it would appear that once a buyer has been found there is no further interest. On day one of the house going on the market I was asked for money up front,...

We're very sorry to hear that you felt as though the service received merited a 2* review and that the communication after a buyer had been found waned a little. We take matters of customer service very seriously and I have forwarded your review on to the branch for the team there to assess. 

With regards to the refund, I have spoken to the Conveyancing Dept. who have informed me that a cheque was sent out on the 8th June 2017 so that should be with you by now.
