They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Answering any questions without ‘sales talk’ at no time did they put pressure to buy, they wanted you to be confident in the choice you were making.

When choosing a suite Isabela Fotea helped us with good knowledge of the
furniture but thankfully was not pushy. The following day I made the order over the phone, which was easily done.
